This coin has been condemned by the IBSCC Photo/ by permission International Bureau for the Suppression of Counterfeit Coins. Refer Bulletin on Counterfeits reference above. From a series of copies of hoard found in Syria in 1980. This contains coins of Ptolemy VI and V which were struck in a mint moving along the Phonecian Coast with the Ptolemiac army in the 5th Syrian war. From pressed dies copy from coins from the original hoard. Same die as Tetradrchm - See related item (top right)
